The e-GP dashboard explained: a bidder's walkthrough

Updated 16 July 2026 · Tenderytics

The first time you log in to e-GP as a registered tenderer, the dashboard can feel dense. It's actually a handful of areas that map to the stages of bidding. Here's what each one is for.

Dashboard / home

Your at-a-glance view — pending actions, recent activity and notices tied to your account. Useful as a status check, but not where you discover most opportunities.

Tender search

Where you find live tenders — filter by procuring entity, category, procurement type, method and district. The catch: you have to go looking, run the searches, and remember to come back. Miss a day and you miss what was published that day.

My tenders

The tenders you've engaged with — documents purchased, drafts in progress, submissions made. This is your working list once you've decided to bid on something.

Document purchase

Where you buy the tender document you need before you can submit. Remember the purchase window usually closes before the submission deadline.

Bid submission

Where you complete forms, upload documents to their slots, enter rates and submit — before the closing time. (See our step-by-step submission guide.)

Notifications

System messages tied to your account. Helpful, but they don't replace actively watching for every relevant new tender and amendment across all buyers.

The gap the dashboard leaves

The dashboard is built to process a tender you've already found — not to make sure you find every relevant one early. Discovery still means logging in, running searches, and hoping you didn't miss something published while you were busy.

How Tenderytics helps

Tenderytics fills that gap: instead of hunting the portal, you get every tender that matches your business surfaced the day it's published — with deadlines, buyer context and planned procurement ahead of time — then you switch to e-GP to buy the document and submit. Less hunting, more bidding. Always complete purchase and submission on the official e-GP portal.

Frequently asked

Do I need to log in to e-GP every day?

To catch everything through the portal alone, effectively yes — which is the problem. Tenderytics watches continuously and brings the matches to you, so a busy day doesn't cost you a tender.

Is the dashboard where I submit my bid?

Yes — document purchase and bid submission both happen in your e-GP tenderer account. Tenderytics is where you decide what's worth bidding on.

Stop hunting. Start winning.
